When Ana arrived at home at night in February after working that day, with the temperatures reaching record lows all across the entire northeast, that included her house in Newark New Jersey, she found water cascading, forming ice on her sidewalk in front of her house and as she walked up her driveway, water running from underneath her front door. We also removed parts of the drywall on the ceiling that was starting to sag being heavy laden with water and cut a level a 1 foot flood cut at the bottom of the walls in the effected rooms that were wet and removed padding in order to prevent mold. We hauled away all debris and offered No-Out-of-Pocket-Expenses and billed the insurance for all of our work and gave an itemized bill for the remodeling of which was all paid for in full by her insurance company
