Flooded Basement Matawan, New Jersey

Mr. Tejas from Matawan New Jersey called when his sump pump malfunctioned, leaving inches of water in his unfinished basement. Some storage got wet, and the concrete remained saturated, damp as well as wall studs on the stairs.  We used our new HVE High Volume Flood Pumper to remove the couple of inches of water that flooded his basement. We then treated the wall studs and concrete floor with micro ban a very strong but safe effective mildewcide, bactericide, fungicide, deodorant, and disinfectant (Anti-Microbial,) specially formulated for the water remediation industry. We placed several Professional dehumidifiers and turbo dryers to dry the concrete, wall studs, and bring down the unsafe high levels of humidity that could very well cause more serious secondary water damage through the house. Upon completion and after dry out was completed, we submitted our invoice to the homeowner’s insurance company of all the work that was done, and it was paid.
